My heart is heavy for Patti, Noah an Conrad. The first time I met Jeff, his warm heart and courage took my breath away :two_hearts:. He was so important to my daughter, Nina, he welcomed her into his family and treated her like a daughter. She was blessed to know, laugh and cry with him. He will forever have a place in both Nina and I’s Heart. Thank you to Patti and Jeff for everything over the last year ! We love you!
