(蔡菁華) Ching was born on March 22, 1940 in Tainan, Taiwan and passed away at the age of 79 on August 11, 2019 in Saline, Michigan.

She married (陳良雄) Nelson Liang Chen in June 25, 1967 in Taipei, Taiwan. After immigrating to the United States in the 1970's, the family eventually settled in Ann Arbor in 1984, and moved to Saline in 1993.
